Coaching & Facilitating
Experience
I have experience in therapeutic and educational work, using psycho- and socio-drama, within the fields of the criminal justice system, the National Health Service and the Education Service, with groups such as: The New Vic Theatre, Newcastle-under-Lyme; the Probation Service; Staffordshire Social Services; Staffordshire County Council Education Authority; Stoke City Council; Embodied Arts; Seabridge Community Education Centre; The National Federation of Youth Workers and North Staffs Health Promotions. I also coach drama students on a one to one basis.

The New Vic Theatre
For the New Vic Theatre Education Department I have been involved with: the working dramatisation of "Macbeth", at Stafford County Showground, and "Words in the Wind", Theatre and Education aimed at Junior Children. I was also involved in the New Vic Theatre Open Day 2001, giving drama workshop demonstrations with Newcastle Day Centre. For the New Vic Theatre Borderlines , I have worked with: the "Millennium Volunteers", on their presentation examining volunteering in 2001, at Lichfield Cathedral; Biddulph Integrated Play Scheme using drama to bring stories alive, the NHS, in a performance examining patient care in the NHS; Berryhill High School, looking at bullying; the Fenton Fespians' devised play " Who Murdered Albert Blake", and looking at the 1960's with reminiscence theatre; St. Thomas More High School, with a devised performance by Performing Arts students on Work Experience called "Different Behaviours"; Clayton High School's devised performance by "at risk" children called "Being There"; Hayward High School, looking at integrating Year 10 students with adults in the community, and Black Friars Special School's dramatisation of "The Bear Hunt" story.

Other Coaching
Recently I have also run drama workshops for: Staffordshire Play Scheme, Uttoxeter Play Scheme, The Brownies and Seabridge Community Education Centre.
I taught drama for the Burslem STARS for 2 years, and have recently started a performing arts school, with Embodied Arts, at Seabridge Community Centre, teaching drama.
I also coach drama students taking their LAMDA examinations, on a private, one to one basis.
